Project Go Active

A FREE fitness program to break down barriers and help motivate people of all ages, sizes, abilities to get out of bed and get moving. These 30 minute workouts contain functional, full body movements with little to no equipment used. We see everything from off the couch 20 year olds to 50 year old marathon runners and everything in-between.

Workouts run at 7am a few Saturday’s a month (with the hope to increase as our numbers do!) in Trenton, Ontario. Our meeting locations are either Mt. Pelion or Hanna Park. No registration is required. No maximum number of participants.

Every few months we choose a charity of choice to work with. This June we will be taking donations for our Project Go Active workouts. Proceeds will go to¬†the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation (specifically the local Three Oaks Women’s Shelter).
